about greyman's canvas prints

How thick are the canvas prints?
We wrap the printed canvas around two thicknesses of frame: 40mm (just over 1 ½”) and also 20mm (3/4”).
Small canvasses often look better on the thinner frame, as this prevents the canvas looking overly chunky.

Does my canvas print come ready to hang?
Yes it does. Hanging your canvas couldn't be easier. Simply rest the frame over a nail or screw - this allows your print to lie flush on the wall with no visible gaps at the edges or top.
If you want a more secure method of hanging, each canvas is supplied with a free mirror plate slotted flush bracket and suitable sized screws.

What guarantee do you provide for the canvas prints?
We guarantee all our products for a full twelve months from date of despatch.
Because we use high quality pine frames, superior canvas and long lasting inks, your canvas print will in fact last for many years without problems. 

Can you supply a canvas print in a bespoke size?
Yes we can! As well as the numerous 'standard' sizes we have on offer, we can also supply made-to-measure sizes, from 150 x 150mm, upto a huge 3000mm x 1200mm canvas.
There will be a slight extra charge for bespoke sizes and these often take longer to produce, depending on the size you require and the frame lengths that we have in stock at that particular time.

I live outside the UK. Do you deliver to my country?
Yes we can deliver to anywhere within the European Union.  There will be an additional charge based upon destination and the quantity and sizes of canvas prints required.  Please contact us should you wish to receive a quotation.

What Credit and Debit cards do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro and Solo cards and you can pay online using our secure order page.
If you don't like using your card online, select "Callback" at the order checkout and we will telephone you to obtain your card details.
Sorry, but we do not accept American Express cards.

Can I amend an order that I've already submitted?
Due to our commitment to fast turnaround of our customer’s orders, our production process begins quite rapidly after your order is placed.  It is unlikely that we will be able to change your order.
Please ensure that the order you place is exactly what you require. Double check sizes before placing your order.

How can I track the progress of my order?
We email or post an order confirmation to you as soon as your order is in our system. This will include the expected delivery date. (Note; more than 99% of our orders are sent out on time). 
If you wish to check on the progress of your order at any other time, please feel free to contact us.

How long does delivery take?
Our aim is to dispatch your canvas prints within 72 working hours of receiving your order.   We are proud to state that more than 99% of our orders are despatched on the date we initially promise.
Once your canvas has been safely despatched, we will advise you by email or telephone.

What if my canvas arrives damaged?
We take every precaution to ensure your canvas arrives in perfect condition.  Our packaging has been custom designed to reduce the risk of damage to your print.
However, damage during transit remains a possibility.
In the unlikely event of this occurring, please accept our apologies. You should inform us at the earliest opportunity (no more than five days from receipt of your order) and retain the damaged canvas print (along with its packaging) for a period of one month from date of delivery.
If you have a digital camera, it would also be greatly appreciated if you could email a picture of the damage.
Upon your notification, we will immediately raise an urgent replacement order at no cost to yourself.
